Pasco County Nonprofit Scotty D Charities Adds CPA Board Member Abby Noyes to Leadership Team

It might be a lil chilly outside, but things are Heating up here at Scotty D Charities with the addition of our Amazing new Board Member Abby Noyes.

Abby is a Certified Public Accountant with over 18 years of dedicated service to the residents of Pasco County. As a Director of Finance & Tax for the Pasco County Tax Collector’s Office, she brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to public service.

Abby holds a Master of Business Administration from University of South Florida and is an active member of the Florida Government Finance Officers Association. Beyond her professional work, she generously donates her time and financial expertise to organization such as Pasco TC Gives, Scotty D Charities and the San Antonio Sports Association.

A proud resident of Dade City, Abby enjoys life with her husband, two sons, and their beloved dogs.
