Jackie Grant
Co-FounderJackie Grant, Co-Founder of Scotty D Charities, spent 37 years in the medical field before retiring in 2018. Her career was rooted in compassion and caring for others, a value she continues to carry into her work with the charity.
She is a proud mother of four and grandmother of eleven, and her love for children is reflected in the time she spends with her family. Jackie was also a devoted partner to her late husband, D. Scott Grant, supporting him throughout his law distinguishing enforcement career.
Together, Jackie continues to embrace the role of Mrs. Claus, spreading joy throughout the community and creating memories for countless children and families. This shared passion with Scott inspired the creation of Scotty D Charities.
Following Scott’s passing, Jackie has remained dedicated to preserving and expanding his legacy through the organization they built together.
Treasurer - AccountantAbby Noyes
Abby Noyes is a Certified Public Accountant with over 18 years of dedicated services to the residents of Pasco County. As a Director of Finance & Tax for the Pasco County Tax Collector’s Office, she brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to public service.
Abby holds a Master of Business Administration from University of South Florida and is an active member of the Florida Government Finance Officers Association. Beyond her professional work, she generously donates her time and financial expertise to organization such as Pasco TC Gives, Scotty D Charities and the San Antonio Sports Association.
A proud resident of Dade City, Abby enjoys life with her husband, two sons, and their beloved dogs.
Dani De La Rosa
Vice President
Dani De La Rosa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management with a Minor in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida (UCF) and is currently pursuing her MBA in Human Resources Management at Saint Leo University. She is passionate about community service and advocacy, with a focus on supporting children, families, and local organizations.
Dani brings a professional background in management consulting, serving both large organizations and startups in Marketing, Operations, and Human Resources. Her community involvement includes serving on the Gala Planning Committee for Redefining Refuge, volunteering with Kids Helping Kids Pasco, contributing to Starr Wellness Collective through grant writing, and being an active member of The Krewe of Pair O’ Dice Tampa. In her spare time, she volunteers within the Pasco County school system.
She is also the wife to Ivan, a mother of four, and the owner of DigitalMyst Photography in Wesley Chapel, specializing in newborn, children, and family photography.
Amy O’Rourke
Secretary
Amy is a dynamic marketing and public affairs leader with a diverse career spanning media, advertising, government, and association management. A graduate of the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Marketing, her professional background includes serving as Director of Public Affairs for a prominent private security agency, where she organized a major annual toy drive for vulnerable communities for over 15 years.
In 2013, Amy was hired as the Administrative Director for the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators (FALI), and in 2025 she also accepted the position as Special Assistant to Hillsborough County Clerk of Court and Comptroller Victor D. Crist. Deeply committed to community impact, she actively volunteers for the FREE Network, an anti-human trafficking task force under the Attorney General of Florida. Since moving to Dade City in 2021, she has been a proud member of the Dade City Woman’s Club, through which she met Scott and Jackie Grant and became involved with the charity’s annual toy drive. Amy and her husband, Tim, have two daughters and two grandchildren, Aurora and Stetson.

Michael Carr
Mike and his wife, Roz, are residents of Dade City. Mike is Vice President at First Community Bank of America and is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Dade City. He is loving father and grandfather, who’s love for children shines through hosting Santa and Mrs. Claus visits on his front porch year after year during Church Street Christmas.
Roz Carr
Board Member
Roz is a resident of Dade City. When she is not at work at the San Antonio Citizens Credit Union, she is with her husband, Mike and family and grandchildren. She is a God fearing woman, giving to her community alongside her husband Mike.

Katherine “Kat” Warren
Katherine is a community-minded and highly organized individual with strong skills in leadership, time management, and family coordination. After overcoming personal struggles through the support of others, she developed a strong “pay it forward” mindset centered on helping people and giving back to the community.
She is a devoted wife, proud mother of three biological children and two bonus children, and a loving animal mom who values family, compassion, and service to others.
Molly Woodburn
Social Media Administrator & Donor Outreach
Molly is a devoted wife, mother, and animal lover who is happily married to her husband, Ethan. Together, they share a beautiful baby boy, Stetson, who is truly the light of their lives. Molly is currently blessed to stay home with her son while also working part-time as a social media manager and administrative assistant. She earned her Associates degree from St. Petersburg College and is currently working toward re-obtaining her Certified Veterinary Assistant (CVA) certification to continue expanding her knowledge and provide the best possible care for all of their animals.

Melissa Logan
Melissa is a lifelong resident of the Dade City/San Antonio area. She earned her Certificate in Radiologic Technology in 1995 and her Associate of Science degree in Radiology from Polk State College in 2009. During her 25-year career with AdventHealth, she worked as an X-ray technologist and cross-trained in CT. She worked in Tampa for 12 years and then served as Radiology Supervisor at AdventHealth Connerton Acute Care. In 2023, Melissa joined Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health as a CT/MRI technologist.
After her youngest son graduated from college, Melissa decided to return to school herself. While continuing to work full-time, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Radiologic and Imaging Sciences from Valencia College, along with her MRI certification, in December 2025. Outside of her career, Melissa is actively involved with Dade City’s Sacred Heart Catholic Church Fall Festival Committee and the Dade City Woman’s Club. She was a dedicated FFA mom and Pasco High School Booster, supporting her children as they raised and showed steers at the Pasco County Fair. Melissa and her husband, Bob, have two sons and one daughter.
Tonya Oliver Valdes
Board Member
Tonya A. Oliver is a shareholder in the firm Oliver & Fox, P.A. Tonya earned her Bachelor’s degree, with a double major, from Colorado Christian University (1994), and her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law (1997). Tonya started her legal career as an intern for the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. Upon completing her certified legal internship, she served as a prosecutor with the Pinellas-Pasco State Attorney’s Office until 2007. She went into private practice in 2007 to represent injured workers and focus her practice on first responder benefits, workers’ compensation, and pension claims. Tonya has represented claimants in the First District Court of Appeals, including cases that have been instrumental in shaping issues related to the “Heart / Lung Bill”.
Tonya resides in Pinellas County, with her husband and three youngest children. Ricardo, her husband, is a former trooper with the Florida Highway Patrol and successful owner/operator of Wings Etc. restaurant in Palm Harbor. Ricardo and Tonya are committed to supporting local youth, with an interest in special needs and foster care.
Kimberly West
Board Member
Kimberly is originally from Ohio, where she met her husband, Kevin. They’ve built a beautiful life together and are proud parents to 7 children and grandparents to 10 wonderful grandchildren. Family has always been at the heart of everything Kimberly does.
In 2008, Kim and Kevin moved to Florida and began a new chapter of their lives. After spending 20 years working in the nursing field, Kim decided it was time for a change and joined Kevin in their family business. Together, they opened West Armory, a gun store and range, where they’ve met many interesting people and made some wonderful friendships. -including Scott and Jackie Grant. When not working, Kim’s biggest priorities are her family and her dogs (all 7 of them). They keep life busy and entertaining, and full of love!
